A: No, we do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or traditional private health insurance.

A: We accept Long-Term Care Insurance and private pay.

Q: How does Long-Term Care Insurance work for homecare services?
A: If you have Long-Term Care Insurance, we can assist in verifying your coverage and submitting claims for reimbursement. Every policy is different, so we recommend checking with your provider to understand your benefits.

Caregivers & Quality of Care

Q: Who are your caregivers?
A: Our caregivers are highly trained professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). They undergo background checks, training, and ongoing supervision to ensure the highest quality care.

Q: Will we have the same caregiver every visit?
A: We strive to provide consistent caregivers for each client, as we believe familiarity enhances care quality and comfort. However, there may be times when a different caregiver is assigned based on scheduling.

Q: What if my caregiver is unavailable or sick?
A: If your assigned caregiver is unavailable, we will arrange for a qualified replacement to ensure uninterrupted care.

Q: Can caregivers administer medications?
A: Caregivers can remind clients to take medications but cannot administer them unless they are a licensed nurse (RN).
